YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL.
NOW LET ELI EMPOWER YOU TO LEAD.
The Jewell Jackson McCabe Emerging Leaders Institute, Inc. (ELI) develops global leaders for the 21st Century. Through an intense program that specifically focuses on progression and succession techniques, ELI trains women to enumerate their goals and professional objectives, develop an image consistent with those objectives, utilize management techniques most suited for their personalities, and harness their individual power to achieve success in their chosen profession.
ELI faculty and staff are dedicated to “empowering women everywhere” by coaching its members through a practicum that enables them to lead groups, organizations, and nations.
ELI is a non-profit organization formed June 23, 2008, and named in honor of Jewell Jackson McCabe, a successful businesswoman; national women’s rights leader; presidential, gubernatorial, and mayoral appointee; and founder of a national women’s advocacy organization - the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. As President of Jewell Jackson McCabe & Associates, an executive coaching and consulting firm, Ms. McCabe guides top performers – including American Express executives - to the pinnacle of success. Ms. McCabe, as quoted by the Chicago Tribune, is a “a leader for all women”.
